Written like a AI narration on a short. I'm 2 hours in and have no clue what's going on and no interest either.

Early Impression Review
Revisado: 01-25-24
I've read the Backyard Starship series and so far there are some serious continuity issues between the two series. I could list several but I won't because spoilers. But one glaringly obvious thing is his name. It wasn't Mark. He changed it to Mark after becoming a Peacemaker because BDE/irony. No one even knew why he changed his name randomly in the middle of his life until his grandson figured it out later.
That being said, so far there is nothing wrong with the book. I just thought a prequel meant it would be the same story. This is like the same story but in a different universe... like the Peacemaker multiverse or something.

Historia
The greatest superpower of all isn't to be part spider, part man, or to cast magic spells—the greatest power is the power to create. Daniel has that power. Daniel's secret abilities—like being able to manipulate objects and animals with his mind or to recreate himself in any shape he chooses—have helped him survive. But Daniel doesn't have a normal life. He is the protector of the earth, the Alien Hunter, with a mission beyond what anyone could imagine.

Don't read Daniel X: Genesis first
Revisado: 08-31-22
I read Daniel X: Genesis from my recommendations and found this series. Only problem is, there is almost no story continuity between the two stories. It's like two different stories written on the same premise with a handful of the same characters.
It's a decent book though. If you like cheesy funny sci-fi which I do.

Historia
Most days, Sarya doesn't feel like the most terrifying creature in the galaxy. Most days, she's got other things on her mind. Like hiding her identity among the hundreds of alien species roaming the corridors of Watertower Station. Or making sure her adoptive mother doesn't casually eviscerate one of their neighbors. Again. And most days, she can almost accept that she'll never know the truth - that she'll never know why humanity was deemed too dangerous to exist.

Adorably Savage
Revisado: 10-26-21
Story has a little bit of a plot hole in the final third that was rough for me but probably not something that would bother most people. Headline of the review really says it all though. Adorably Savage.
