Amazing story! Love this series!

Ecstasy Claimed is part of a multi-book series that I originally started in 2015, and I highly recommend enjoying them in order even though the earlier books could be enjoyed individually..

This book mainly starts with Gregoire who feels changed by recent events and suddenly wants to pursue his mate who he met at birth, but has not interacted with since he felt she was not ready to be his. At the same time his mate, Alyssa, is tired of being protected by her parents and feeling rejected by her mate so she takes a vacation with her best friend to get some “education” so when her mate finally comes she will not be completely inexperienced.

As in the first book, there is more than one story happening at the same time, and the second main story line in this book is the connection between Sam and Erik, which started in Book 1. There is more of the story of Cyril and Elizabeth and his evil plan to take over the realms.

Without spoiling the story, I can’t reveal too much, but I can say I could not put it down. The three main stories going on are all intriguing. Will the Guardian’s be able to find Cyril before his evil plot works? Will Gregoire win Alyssa? It is amazing, and I can’t wait to see what happens in the series!

Update Oct 2023 for audio release. As I said earlier it has been a few years since I read these stories, and I was so happy to see that it is being released in audio. It was duet narration, which is my favorite. I loved visiting this paranormal world again, and Tony and Angelina did an amazing job bringing the story to life. I can't wait for more from this series!

Great addition to this unique series

I’ve loved each book. They are more emotional than I expect from a sports romance series, but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each of the guys stories. Chen is a top player, but has unresolved guilt over things that he didn’t get to resolve with a teammate he lost in the crash. He leaves town and fully intends to leave the team for a secluded cabin. That is until he meets his feisty artistic neighbor who helps him move on from his issues.

Love the Jameson guys

I love the way each of the guys appear in the stories and the real tough issues addressed regarding the puppies. It was a very moving story and a great addition to the Jameson Force Security team.

Another great listen in the series!

I love listening to these suspenseful action stories. I am loving this series and Dozer and Jess were a fabulous addition! They have been friends since college and when a man that Jess sent to prison with her testimony escapes, he knows that her life is in danger. Using the resources available in his security job he immediately takes off to save Jess and her daughter. Jess is living a quiet life with her daughter when Dozer shows up on her doorstep and takes matters into his own hands. She has always had a soft spot for him, but didn’t know if he felt the same way. But, now as they run from the threat and are constantly together they just may cross that line! This is a slow burn with mystery, suspense, and an action adventure.

Great second chance story

I was surprised to hear why they were separated for 5 years, but was glad they got back together even though things were up and down and Ryan had an unconventional occupation. The narration was great. I felt bad for the way her father was in the beginning, but glad to have things turn around in the end.

Book 2 did not disappoint!

This is planned to be a more emotional series and book 2 did not disappoint. This book could be enjoyed as a standalone, as it features a new player, but I think the series would be best read in order. This timeline overlaps the prior book and there are side stories that we see small glimpses of other players stories and I know I need more from this series.

Stone is getting a second chance in the NHL after his brother is killed in the plane crash. He is haunted by his brother’s ghost and the fact that they were not close. It turns out that his brother thought of him often and left nearly his full estate to Stone. The attorney who contacts him to transfer his estate won’t take no for an answer and there is something about her that calls to him. Is it just because she is a link to his brother’s secrets or will it be something more?

This is an emotional story which is well read in dual narration. The narration really brought the story to life.

Loved the world of IVI

This is a standalone in the Underworld Kings and happens to be written in the world of IVI. Don’t worry if you haven’t read the other books unless you are worried about becoming obsessed with this epic world. This has the typical edginess we come to love from her books and I could not put it down.
It was dark, twisty and unforgettable!
The dual narration was amazing!

A great start to a new Hockey series!

This is planned to be a more emotional series and book 1 did not disappoint. Baden was attacked while being a good Samaritan and saving Sophie from getting mugged and worse. He is recovering, but it is unlikely he will be able to continue as a hockey goalie. Turns out the Pittsburgh Titans has been hit by tragedy and offer for Baden to become their new goalie coach. Coincidentally Sophie lives in Pittsburgh so when he arrives for his new job he checks up on her. She is still struggling with her recovery and Baden takes on the role of her protector to help her get her life back. A very sweet story and well read in dual narration. For me it seemes like the female parts were read at a faster pace than the male portion which was a bit distracting, bit otherwise it was a great audio book.

Another great mafia romance.

This is the second book in the Vegas Underground series and although it is a standalone, I would still recommend reading in order since the next book will spoil some things in this one and this spoils some things from book 1.

So, we met Corey in book 1 as the cousin of Sandra. Stefano is Nico’s younger brother and as soon as he sees Corey he picks her to work a private game for some high rollers. When things go wrong, he takes her to his room till he can decide what to do with her. She is strong and gives as good as she takes, but there is something about Stefano that calls to a part of her she didn’t know existed. Again, he was the perfect alpha male swept off his feet by an equally strong female with a history of poor choice in men. This installment includes a bit more of the gritty mafia story that wasn’t included in book 1.

I truly enjoyed Stefano and Corey's dark tale. He was the perfect alpha with a heart of gold and she was the fiesty red head who wanted to be cared for.

Another great narration.

Wonderful mafia romance.

This is the first book in the Vegas Underground series and although it is a standalone I would still recommend reading in order since the next book will spoil some things in this one. Nico was the perfect alpha male swept off his feet by an equally strong female with a history of poor choice in men. This is a good mafia story although most of the book is on the lighter side since although Nico is still part of the family he is running a legitimate business in Las Vegas.

Great narration.
