I rarely listen to books a second time other than the Bible or related tools in study of. However, this book, I will refer back to just to be refreshed and encouraged often. I will be doing an indebth study looking up the Biblical references. I refer this book to others who want to separate truth from lies and work on discovering and identifying their own emotional hurdles. This book leaves very little room for excuses to stay where you are rather than moving forward in dealing with your stuff head on. The reader did a great job reading it as someone who is in conversation with you rather than monotone lectures. totally appreciate all who made this book possible. thank you
