Historia
Winter has come to North Carolina and, with it, a drop in crime. Freed from a heavy work schedule, Tempe Brennan is content to dote on her daughter Katy, finally returned to civilian life from the army. But when mother and daughter meet at Tempe’s place one night, they find a box on the back porch. Inside: a very fresh human eyeball.

Good if you are a fan

Perhaps I know her formula too well. I find the story interesting enough despite mining previous tales and seems to indicate the end of the Brennan stories because little is new here. I would have liked more of Ryan because I like Ryan,!

Historia
F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic American novel of the Roaring Twenties is beloved by generations of readers and stands as his crowning work. This new audio edition, authorized by the Fitzgerald estate, is narrated by Oscar-nominated actor Jake Gyllenhaal (Brokeback Mountain). A reread for me, this time with my teenage kids. I liked it more this time around. They did not like it at all!

Historia
But the world has not stood still—in fact, it is changing faster than ever. And while the classic struggles between parents and teenagers still remain, societal changes have brought about many new ones that parents of earlier generations never dreamed of. Today's parents must deal with such "new problems" as their children experimenting with the latest recreational drugs; increased sexual activity at a younger age; the Internet; and above all, a world that seems far less safe than ten years ago.

not as helpful as I'd hoped
Revisado: 12-09-17
he seems to touch on each subject but not enough step by step on how to deal with the problem. he will show examples and then give a very general response or Direction on how to deal with it and then drops the subject. I need more details this just skimmed each subject

Revisado: 11-14-17
The author makes a compelling argument for his theory. The narration, while clear, becomes monotonous.
