Enjoyable Stories Aimed at Older Children or YA

A "re-telling" of three classic fairy tales, Never After was an enjoyable listen.
In my opinion, these stories are best suited for a younger audience. The story style, narration, and tone reminded me quite a bit of the Percy Jackson books that I've listened to.
At just under 3 hrs, this could be a great option for entertaining the reader/listener for a road trip or flight.

It's a simple story. Boy finds proof that reality is a computer program. Boy uses program to manipulate time and space. Boy gets in trouble. Boy flees back in time to Medieval England to live as a wizard while he tries to think of a way to fix things. Boy gets in more trouble. Oh, and boy meets girl at some point.

Fun story with fantastic narrator

Story starts off a little slow, but you're quickly absorbed into the world that Meyer has created. Narrator Luke Daniels does an excellent job of assigning all characters their own unique voice that is quickly identifiable as the story progresses. I was entertained and would suggest this book to someone that enjoys fantasy, tech, and is looking for a fun, easy listen.
