Historia
This live performance of a powerful police procedural comes to life through the artistry of Celeste Lecesne and is accompanied by the original music of Duncan Sheik. Celeste portrays every character in a small Jersey Shore town as they unravel the story of Leonard Pelkey, a tenaciously optimistic and flamboyant 14-year-old boy who has gone missing. A luminous force of nature whose magic is only truly felt once he is gone, Leonard becomes an unexpected inspiration as the town’s citizens question how they live, who they love, and what they leave behind.

Wonderful story
Revisado: 11-02-20
I really enjoyed this original short story from the opening paragraph. The narration was well done and spot-on per characters. A lot of humor, a bit of mystery, and the dawning awakening as the story comes together with the title. Leonard Pelkey IS unforgettable!

A Unique and Intriguing World
Revisado: 09-06-20
This second book of the Highglade Series continues the story of fascinating inhabitants with unusual capabilities. The various elements of the story move along briskly to an exciting finish aided by the excellent narration of David Lane Pusey who gives eloquent voice to the characters. Fans of the first book will not be disappointed; this one is even better IMHO. SciFi is not my favorite genre, but D. L. Jennings has created a credible mix of new cultures and characters that kept me entertained and eager to read more.

Fascinating Fantasy
Revisado: 12-27-19
Not a keen sci-fi fan, but found myself drawn into a creative approach to the struggles within an unusual world. Very thoughtful, well-written story line that builds to an exciting finish. Author's narration is quite good, with excellent clear diction and a very pleasant and consistent vocalization of the characters. I enthusiastically recommend this book.
