It seems like a very personal gnosis type of book with a lot of mental health info and not really historically how people report experiencing Hekate. I couldn’t get past the monotheistic abrahamic vibe and the instructions to pray. The instructions to pray caused me to close the book and find a better fit.

I didn’t love it

This is a very beginner basic book and does not cover anything other than physical aspects of fire. Also way too many Wiccan religious ideas thrown out as fact for me.
