Oh my god, this was such a fun read! It gave me all the feels and had me giggling like a fool so many times. I didn't think I would love it this much. This isn't all fluff though, as things do get a little serious towards the end, but don't worry, it ends with a HEA.

Quick summary? Blurb? What's the difference?
We meet a Cupid (Trix) who is unfortunately terrible at her job. She is obsessed with finding a match for our MMC Warren, but with her powers malfunctioning constantly, she's worried it will never happen. Her supervisor decides to help her out, but something goes wrong and Trix is dropped on Earth. Now, as a semi-human, she's even more determined to find a way to help Warren find his match, so she can regain her powers and become a cupid again. Does she find her own match in the process? You'll just have to find out 😉

I'm so happy I listened to the audio. Ivy Brooks did an amazing job and really brought Trix's character to life. I think she helped make this a 5 star read for me.

Rebecca... ma'am excuse me? WHAT was that ending? I'm pretty sure I just cried through the last 3 or 4 chapters. How am I supposed to wait possibly another 7 months if not longer for book 3??? I have so many theories and questions I need answers to immediately. I'm already driving my husband crazy bouncing ideas off of him and he doesn't even read.

I said in my review of Fourth Wing that I was mad I waited so long to start it but now I'm mad I have to wait for the rest of the series 🥺

**spoiler alert** I wasn't expecting to be heartbroken when I finished this but it's a nice change of pace from almost every other romance book that ends with a HEA.

I honestly don't think the blurb does this book any justice because I actually put this off for awhile since the blurb just didn't interest me very much.

I swear there is just something about a bad@ss FMC out for revenge. Not once did the author go back and forth with her personality and I soooo appreciate that. This book had me hooked from the start.

I did find it hard to believe the guys who were supposedly her best friends at one point didn't recognize her because she only changed her hair and eye color but it's still a 5 star read. I'm really looking forward to seeing how their story plays out.

I'm not going to write a long in depth review because everyone and their momma already has so all I'm going to say is...

Are you f^cking kidding me? This book is 100,000% worth all the hype it's gotten. I hate myself for putting this off for as long as I did and I am emotionally unwell after that ending. Excuse me while I immediately start Iron Flame.

Also, the audio? Excellent 👌 highly recommend listening if you can.

I'm tired of authors thinking that fat = ugly and then describing the character as not even being big at all other than having large breasts. Also the miscommunication trope not only once but twice? Not her best book. Only a 4 star because of the performance.

I don't know if it was the narrator or what but I had a really hard time finishing it. Maybe I would have loved it more if I had just read it.
