I can’t stand the broken, geriatric, lisping cadenced style of the reader. I cringed every one of the often times he broke up a sentence or destroyed a moment with his monotonous and predictable timing.

good story not so good performer

the story was engaging though it bogged down in details at times. the reader had an unnatural inflection and timing. Hope the next book is read by someone else.
