Should have hired RC Bray to narrate this one as well. I’ll get my money back.

Not real happy
Revisado: 12-21-15
I'll give you the Readers digest version, way too much religion for me. I have nothing against faith but the author seems to feel it is the most important aspect and it's not. I have followed his work for years and this seems to be a reoccurring theme more and more. For me Mr Rawles I would prefer you dialed it back a bit.
Loved your first and second books.

nothing special
Revisado: 09-24-12
Would you try another book from Z. A. Recht and/or Oliver Wyman?
I've been through two, I think I'll pass.
If you’ve listened to books by Z. A. Recht before, how does this one compare?
Actually the stories not that bad, my wife liked it more than I did.
Would you listen to another book narrated by Oliver Wyman?
In al honesty I think Mr. Wyman didn't realy sell it.

disapointed
Revisado: 07-02-12
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Keep it relatively simple in regards to the number of characters, reinforce the goal of the story and make it clear what factions if you will stand for what. I'm not sure if it could be a four or a five.
What could E. E. Knight have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Maybe the book less obscure. Unless your a follower of the continuing saga your lost but good. It's pretty bad when an author needs to explain in the begining whats going on, which didn't help. There are so many characters and strange creatures you cant keep up with them. I'm not sure they could fix it.
Did Christian Rummel and E. E. Knight (Introduction) do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
No it didn't help, I wish the sample listen included this intro because when you hear it red flags go up and I probably wouldn't have wated my money.
Any additional comments?
I quit the listen, I'll save it for when I have nothing else to do.

Not disapointed
Revisado: 07-02-12
Would you consider the audio edition of Another Man's Moccasins to be better than the print version?
I listen to quite a few audio books since I drive for a living and have noticed that the artist narating the book can make it or break it, George Guidall is a perfect match for Walt Longmire. This added dimension helps Craig Johnson hit another one out of the park.
What did you like best about this story?
It's yet another chapter in the long life of Walt Longmire and lends additional background to him and reinforcement or perhaps definition of his wisdom
The story follows the charaters from one book to another but they don't loose integrety in the transition. Each story is a work of it's own and not dependant on the others to make an enjoyable experience. I can pickup book eight and then read book one and not be disapointed.
Have you listened to any of George Guidall’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Many times, he never lets you down.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
I think that would require a fair amount of thought and best left for another day.
Any additional comments?
Very enjoyable, I would recomend (and have) this series to anyone, my wife is a Walt Longmire addict

Historia
This gripping tale of the future anticipates Ayn Rand's later masterpieces, The Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged. In the dark ages of the future, individuals have no name, no independence, and no values. In this faceless world, one man dares to love the woman of his choice and to seek and find knowledge.

Powerful
Revisado: 01-23-12
If you could sum up Anthem in three words, what would they be?
1 Powerful2 Telling3 Frightful
What did you like best about this story?
A wonderful and discriptive view into the future of a society headed down an all too familiar path.Ayn Rand must have enlisted the help of a crystal ball considering when the book was writen, the insight as with all of her books is remarkable. It's very apparent that many authors today have been influenced by her phylosophy.
Have you listened to any of Christopher Lane’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I don't recall having heard any previous performances but to sum it up in two words, First class.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Lets call it a page turner.
Any additional comments?
I wish it were in the form of a more lengthy novel. I found myself wanting more, even though the story, not to mention the point was satisfied.
