A DW FAN MUST

I made the decision recently to get all of the missing episodes on Doctor Who in audiobook form and I'm glad I did. The actual film recordings no longer exist, but thanks to some true fans who recorded the audio of the original on air episodes we have at least an idea of what the episode was like. With the help of good narration at the points when you're not quite certain what is happening the story comes to life. I miss not being able to see the actual film footage, but this I think is the best you can get. I've tried the telesnap reconstructions and they gave me a headache. This are so entertaining I can't say i won't buy any of the episodes that do exist as film and as this cool and enjoyable audiobooks. I highly recommend these to any Doctor Who fan.

Good Who

I read another review saying how horrible this audiobook is. I completely disagree. This isn't an audiobook in that somebody is reading a book. It is an actual sound recording of THREE lost Dr. Who episodes with linking narration on each to help to explain what is happening and for a Dr. Who fan this is a must. The telesnap reconstructions give me headache, this I can listen to my car or any place and get a feel for what the episode was like without the headache. On the plus side I'm saved the poor quality sets and am able to create my own. Until the video/film records of the lost episodes are found (if they ever are) this is so far the best way to enjoy them.
