As a mafia-like demon family trapped on Earth, the Youngbloods have seen their share of family drama...but it’s never been like this before. While they battle the secret society trying to destroy them, Petra Youngblood must choose who she loves most. Will her loyalty lie with her family or with Killian Irons, the human she’s fallen in love with, whose family is hell-bent on eradicating her own? Complicating matters further, a long-hidden secret is about to come to light. Ora Youngblood has been holding out on the clan.

Loved All The Black Jewels Series
Revisado: 08-14-23
After finishing this last book, I’m hoping that Anne Bishop writes a few more of the Black Jewels series. I loved how the characters grew into what they are, and would like to see where they go from this point forward.

Ayla, one of the most remarkable and beloved heroines in contemporary fiction, continues to explore the world and the people around her with curiosity, insight, and, above all, courage. As the story opens, Ayla, Jondalar, and their infant daughter, Jonayla, are living with the Zelandonii in the Ninth Cave - a shelter of stone. Ayla has been chosen as an acolyte and has embarked on the arduous task of training to become a spiritual leader.

Earth’s Children 1-6 Series
Revisado: 07-18-23
I have listened to all 6 books and yes things were repeated quite a bit, and there was quite a bit of graphic sex scenes, and they did give Ayla a accent which wasn’t Russian when they reached Jondlars home, but it was more European which suited the place where she came from but in all the story line was interesting to listen to, for those who couldn’t appreciate this story doesn’t give you the right to put it down, some books are not for everyone, but don’t judge the ones who do like to listen or read books that they enjoy

Dark and interesting
Revisado: 05-09-23
There is a great story line, some sad twisted areas, but all in all a good book.

Historia
Not so very long ago, Eragon - Shadeslayer, Dragon Rider - was nothing more than a poor farm boy, and his dragon, Saphira, only a blue stone in the forest. Now the fate of an entire civilization rests on their shoulders. months of training and battle have brought victories and hope, but they have also brought heartbreaking loss. And still, the real battle lies ahead: they must confront Galbatorix. When they do, they will have to be strong enough to defeat him. And if they cannot, no one can.

Ending
Revisado: 02-16-22
I read that a lot of people wanted it to end when Galbatorix died, that there was to much politics near the End. I think the ending is what was needed to wrap up the book, cause it was so much more then just politics. For all of the Inheritance Cycle, I myself loved the set and wished that Inheritance wasn’t the last book
