This book opens up so many wonderful subjects on raising healthy children/grandchildren. It starts with a Brave Parent and committing to helping your child with healthy choices. Educating on so many subjects that as a parent you may not know what to do or where to turn. Dr. Maples spells it out simply and sometimes it is just saying No! Great job in providing so much valuable information with resources. Bravo!!
