I often hear the word data analytics when I was working in a company which provides I.T support.. Analytics is one of the most critical elements for any business that wishes to create a better user experience, improve their products or services, and increase their revenue. In this book, it discussed the basic of data analytics, how a business could benefit to it and enumerated those types and analytics and how it can be created.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The highlighted ideas were truly valuable especially those who wants to branch out their business or simply improve it to level up and reach more customers, increase profitability and more.
