I admit. I couldn’t finish it. The voice was great but the story…not so hot. I hope that others had a better experience. I don’t feel the story is worth finishing.

Never underestimate the power of the human mind...
Revisado: 12-08-20
As a majoring psychology student, and an armed forces member for over 18 years. There are simply things that we can’t explain about the human mind. My mindset when the mentioning of the daughters physical therapy was not at all sexual. I haven’t heard the ending of this story yet, but it did bother me because I saw an entirely different picture in my head when he was put under. Be open to options.

So damn funny!
Revisado: 12-07-20
This is about the laughter, not necessarily the story. These ladies had me (crying) laughing. Big Feet!?? Haha. I usually go for the story first, and a few laughs thrown in, but this episode was so silly. Especially about the hairy big foot calling the lady a beeoch! Haha. Classic!!

Raymond Jaffe feels like he doesn’t belong. Not with his mother’s new family. Not as a weekend guest with his father and his father’s wife. Not at school, where he’s an outcast. After his best friend moves away, Raymond has only two real connections: to the feral cat he’s tamed and to a blind ninety-two-year-old woman in his building who’s introduced herself with a curious question: Have you seen Luis Velez?

Now that I’m done crying I can write this short review. Beautifully done. Tear jerker. Don’t listen while driving, there’s no reason to leave your vehicle looking like a skunk around the eyes. You’re welcome.

Historia
When Santa Claus is a cop, you better watch out. It’s not looking like a very merry Christmas for San Diego cop Nick Pappas. Suspended from his job, alienated from his family, and persecuted by the press, he’s sorely tempted to turn his gun on himself. Except for his first name, he couldn’t possibly have less in common with jolly old St. Nicholas. But when a local mall decides it needs a secret Santa to help collar some vicious muggers preying on its holiday shoppers, Nick’s persuaded to red-suit up so as to take the naughty punks down and avert a ho-ho homicide.

Didn't think this would be a tear jerker. I stand to be corrected. Not too violent. Just enough performance to make you question what was around the next bend. If you've heard the other novels...you won't be disappointed.

Revisado: 12-15-15
Already being a big fan of Luke Daniels it was inevitable that I would listen to this book. Although a bit repetitive I instantly fell into the groove of things. Don't we all feel like Edward sometimes? Try it for yourself. I'd guess. Or maybe it's a fact that you'd enjoy it.
