It is simply wonderful

The book is written in a way that helps people with focusing issues focus. The different habits that are suggested are given in such a way that they are easy to follow and understand. this makes it easier to not get overwhelmed when you're doing them. I would recommend this book to anyone that is looking for tips on how to change their focus. Even if you wouldn't say you have a problem finishing tasks, you can still use a lot of the tips in this book to make your life a bit more efficient.
