This book is the start of a new series in the series and brings a new dynamic to the mix. One foreshadowed in a way from book one. Just like every other book in this series it is a compelling rival to Harry Potter with a much more detailed system of magic. Can’t wait to read the next one!

Amazing book, amd awesome narration!!!

I got hooked really quick. This future vision of America was really fascunating, and was a great combination of 80's nostalgia, action, and fantasy. I have no doubt I will listen to this book again. I also hope Will Wheaton narrates more titles in the future because he really added alot of character to this story.

Amazing conclusion to a great series

The problem I always have with Brandon Sanderson books, is that they are so great that I dont where to go when they are finished. the narration was very good, and I look forward to reading all of Mr Sandersons books in the future.

Excellent story, and Brandon Sanderson has such a gift with the different mechanics of magic. I knew of him and was a big from the end of The Hweel of time and then The Way of Kings, now I am a fanboy for all of his new releases. Dont move on to another before you give this one a chance.

What made the experience of listening to Going Clear the most enjoyable?

The history of L Ron Hubbard, and the current COB was really interesting. It is amazing how lost the people who join Scientology are. They take abuse because they must think they deserve it. It is so obvious from the outside that LRH was making this up as he went along.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I found myself anxious to finish because the facts keep coming, and when you think it couldn't get any worse, Miscavage shows you he has no shame.

Where does The Last Patriot rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Brad Thor has not written a book I didn't like yet. Great story, great plot, and character development.

What about George Guidall’s performance did you like?

George does many different authors in this genre including Daniel Silva. I enjoy them enormously, and have a hard time when he doesn't read the next book in a series I am used to hearing him in.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Absolutely. I usually listen in the car or early in the morning, but I wanted to listen to this book straight through. I hate being a grown and having to work!!!!!
