Their first sexy scene starts with Lex patting down Kellach and then our hero turns the table. It's hot while they're both into it. They start kissing but it gets really intense really fast. When they come up for air, Lex wants to end the encounter and tells Kellach "No" and to let her down. He decides that because she won't admit how wound up she is, he's now going to force an orgasm on her. She tells him no again and he then sticks his hand into her panties for the first time.
I'm so skeeved out - I hope I can return this book.
The narrator was great though. Going to see what else he's done.

Sarah Kendzior has a way off penetrating the noise and the fog of our time to lay out just what was going on in the United States a half decade after the Financial Crisis. For me, it was a reflection of what was also happening in my surroundings and to my brother and to my mother. Everybody should read all her stuff.

Sweet Love Story, Odd Narration

The love story was sweet and I loved how authentic the characters where. The narrator was very good at performing the dialog and accents, but the story is written in 1st person and she READS you the story instead of TELLING the story - the dissonance bothered me, but might not bother everyone.
