Historia
Days after winning OASIS founder James Halliday’s contest, Wade Watts makes a discovery that changes everything. Hidden within Halliday’s vaults, waiting for his heir to find it, lies a technological advancement that will once again change the world and make the OASIS a thousand times more wondrous - and addictive - than even Wade dreamed possible. With it comes a new riddle, and a new quest - a last Easter egg from Halliday, hinting at a mysterious prize. And an unexpected, impossibly powerful, and dangerous new rival awaits, one who’ll kill millions to get what he wants.

A pointless scavenger hunt with an obvious ending
Revisado: 12-24-20
I enjoyed Ready Player One. This is just a cash grab. The story is extremely overloaded with obscure pop-culture references that even pop-culture people won't connect with. The foreshadowing in the story is more like "fore-telling". (On and On about the damn robes) - The entire story invokes no emotional response from the reader what-so-ever. Don't put your main character in faux-peril in the middle of the story when we know they have to make it to the end. Much of it seemed contrived to fit what he needed. The author uses the Oasis as his own way around having to write a cohesive story. If something doesn't fit, manufacture a planet or artifact no one ever knew about to solve the story hole. He clearly wrote the story just for one single battle scene at the end. He manufactures characters and scenarios just to provide a small contrived point later on. I think I'm done with Ernest Cline. I thought Armada was bad until I read this.

Historia
While the success of Disneyland is largely credited to Walt and Roy Disney, there was a third, mostly forgotten dynamo instrumental to the development of the park: fast-talking Texan C. V. Wood. Three Years in Wonderland presents the never-before-told, full story of "the happiest place on earth".

I’ve listened to the DHI podcast for a long time. Was looking forward to the audiobook and it did not disappoint.

Historia
Purely by chance, renowned author Mary Summer Rain met No-Eyes, a blind Chippewa visionary who lives in a small, remote cabin in the Colorado mountains. Spirit Song the first volume in Summer Rain's No-Eyes tetralogy, introduces us to this remarkable, unforgettable woman. No-Eyes teaches her about many fascinating topics, including the history of the Chippewa people, the songs of the shaman, and the healing power of medicinal herbs.

I love this book...but
Revisado: 08-21-07
I love this book, I have read it before, and wanted to get the audio version. I was appauled by the audio. Nancy Fish is a poor choice for a book based on native Americans. Her portrayal of No-Eyes sounded like an old New York Taxi driver, rather than an old medicine woman. It made this book VERY difficult to listen to.
I really wish this would be re-recorded with a more dynamic reader.
