Historia
We've all had experience with two dramatically different types of leaders. The first type drain intelligence, energy, and capability from the ones around them and always need to be the smartest ones in the room. These are the idea killers, the energy sappers, the diminishers of talent and commitment. On the other side of the spectrum are leaders who use their intelligence to amplify the smarts and capabilities of the people around them.

Problem identified, but not solved
Revisado: 08-06-18
While the problem is clearly identified and well explained, the solutions provided are not easy to apply. Also, it is really hard to imagine a world with all multipliers. The ying and yang of the world need to be balanced.

Misleading title and category, interesting content
Revisado: 04-30-17
This is not really a book of self-help, nor on memory training. This is a story of the author's first-hand experience, which is well done.
