I wish it was longer. they could have developed storyline into a full length novel.

worth while series
Revisado: 08-12-19
I listened to all 17 books and enjoyed them. the author repeats herself a lot which is a little weird but you can over look it. the last book was rushed to close out the series. they left some storylines incomplete but overall worth reading. I enjoy seeing thorgin grow up and the characters are all satisfying.

use a the n word too much
Revisado: 07-26-19
the author uses the n word to describe ambient background people. these people are irrelevant to the plot, setting, time period etc. just random 'a negro walked passed the main character. or a negro took the main characters order at the restaurant. it's so out of place and unessasary to any of the story elements that one must assume this white author always wanted to say the n word but can't in the world so he randomly inserts it at least five time a chapter. it would have otherwise been a good story. dear author, just say the n word in your shower where no one can hear you and keep it out of the writing. your privilege is showing. and to have such great descriptive imagery for everything but the only way to describe a black person is by saying negro? gtfoh. racist.
