Perfect book to put you asleep

Got this for my husband and I to listen to on a road trip. Tried so hard to get through chapter 1 but no luck. We both feel like complete idiots...have no idea what he is talking about.

Eat a good dinner, get a good night's rest, watch Youtube videos, and practice your speech. Hmmm? Doesn't everyone know that?

Historia
Audie Award, Humor, 2016. In Furiously Happy, number-one New York Times best-selling author Jenny Lawson explores her lifelong battle with mental illness. A hysterical, ridiculous book about crippling depression and anxiety? That sounds like a terrible idea. But terrible ideas are what Jenny does best.

Historia
The Bird children have an idyllic childhood: a picture-book cottage in a country village, a warm, cosy kitchen filled with love and laughter, sun-drenched afternoons in a rambling garden. But one Easter weekend a tragedy strikes the Bird family that is so devastating it tears them apart. Many years later something will call them home, back to the house they grew up in - and to what really happened that Easter weekend all those years ago.

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
Enjoyed Amy Poehler's story. My tween daughter and I had listened to Tina Fey's Bossy Pants and LOVED it so we gave Amy a try and enjoyed it.
