I have read all 9 of the books and am enjoying hearing them in audio format unabridged. The performance is not bad. I can’t wait for the next installment.

Great to finally have an unabridged version of this available and can’t wait for the next book to become available. I have read all the books and loved the stories. Now I can listen to them on a road trip. The performance on these is good. I use The Harry Potter books as the gold standard. This falls a little short of that but nothing really wrong with the performance. It was well read and kept my attention just not the different voices for each character. Still I would recommend it. Looking forward to the next one.

Better than reading it

Typically I do audio books for the car and love ones with whisper sync so I can bounce between my Kindle and listening. This is one that I thought the audio was superior which doesn’t happen often. With Rocky communicating via music tones it came across better.

Simply the Best Full-Cast Audio Book Ever!

I really enjoyed this story was funny and entertaining. Lots of famous people popping up made me wish we had space stations and moon bases with people able to visit them. The sound effects were great and I hope there is a sequel in the works.

Great Book

I have read this in paperback and have the audio CD now its in my Audible library as well. Just wish it was available for my Kindle library as well. I rerread this book every so often. It is a great telling of the story and got me to read more books on the subject. I view this one as the best so far out of all the ones I have read. and I have read or listened to as many as I can find. I still have one more I am working to get my hands on yet though. All that said this is my favorite of the books on the subject the audio version is well done and I do like to listen to it on a car ride.

I bought this because I am fascinated by the story of the escape. I have read many books on the subject and saw this so figured give it a try. I found many discrepancies between this and other books I have read on the subject. Things like names of who was in charge of what in the escape. The fact that the other books I read all agree on names and this one differs makes me worry how accurate is it. There were still some interesting parts to the story which makes it worth a read or listen but beware if you have read other on the subject you may find your self confused at points about is this book accurate.
