this was such an inspiring story learning her story, hearing her rock bottom and her rise to peace, happiness and balance. what a valuable book that invokes compassion and empathy. what she accomplished is no easy feat.

very tactfully written, McCurdy certainly speaks her truth here open and honest. her mother was a peace of work but I think mentally unstable for sure. the story was well written and we'll narrated and I'm happy for McCurdy that she was able to work through her trauma. It was an enjoyable book. I wish the best for her and hope her writing takes off.

To the point, great book great advice!

The book is read by the author, he is very natural and easy to listen to.

Great life advice on healing your life body mind soul and guiding you on how to move your energy to align with your life and who YOU are. We are all looking to fill our passions and many of us don't know where to start, he helps you find starting points and the way he guides you to those starting points suggests we may have one passion or multiple and that just because we haven't found "it" yet does not mean we never will but being creative daily and trying new things and nurishing your ideas and daily practices will help you get there. you will not know what your good at until you try anything and everything and create daily lists of ideas and put them into play. you may fail at certain things and have success at others, approach the many rather then the few and you'll get a lot of rejection but you'll get a good handful of yeses,. The author reminds me of a big bang toe personality and is very monotone, but easy to listen to and speaks bluntly and to the point and based everything on his own life experiences.

I love Amy Schumer and I loved her message throughout this book. Its her story told in a funny but real way, she is enjoyable to listen to and an inspiration to women everywhere. Yes she is famous but she is volnaruble just like the rest of us. it's a very good read an/or listen.

Good advice

I really enjoyed this book what I got from it was how important a persons character is in business, how important gratitude is and how building relationships and working with people goes so much further then, being greedy or burning bridges. the high road can be the most undesirable road to take, but what you gain from it is a great sense of strenght and power and a top notch image as long as you remain true to who you are, work hard put in the time, be fully prepared, learn how to think outside the box and trust your instincts. Most importantly don't let your mind or your appearance limit you, let your mind find a way to take you from A to B by removing the road blocks there is always a way.

Extremely informative, I highly recommend!

this book has a weather of information and I wish I would have read it prior to IVF. I had a few failed attempts at IVF, (fell pregnant twice) but it failed. I truly believe if I had implemented the suggestions in this book for at least 3 months prior i definitely would have had success.

that said I suggest this book to anyone thinking about TTC and work on you first then try. I have not given up hope and will update you all when I become pregnant. best of luck to us all TTC!

great potty training tool

super helpful, I listened in the car to and from work once or twice and reviewed a few times but it helped me prep for potty training. I took the week off work and day care made it my focus and boom, potty training was done. 6 months in we had a relapse but did not turn to diapers or pull ups we worked through it with the tips here and boom relapse no more. very helpful book ! highly recommend !

good book if you use it, practice the advice set forth. if your not Christian read and view with an open mind. think of the God aspect as universal energy rather then God or whatever your belief is. put the advice into practice e everyday, do the best you can and stay optimistic. it's a good till this book ! the only thing hard to get through is the authors voice, but just get past it and the book it self is a rather useful tool.
