Historia
From executive producers of The Walking Dead and Travis Beacham, the writer of Pacific Rim, comes a heart-stopping Audible Original featuring a brilliant British cast. It’s the near future and seven years since a comet hit the earth and blotted out the sun. The world is a dark, frozen landscape. And then, beastly creatures emerge and take over. A story of apocalypse, horror, and adventure, Impact Winter is a wholly original new saga created just for Audible with immersive 3D audio that dares you to pop in your earbuds and listen in the dark.

Cinematic!

Amazing performances, I was instantly hooked! I started it just to see if I’d even enjoy it and then couldn’t stop. The background sounds, narration, acting - superb and now I want more!

Historia
It's been three long years since Deadbreak. That's what everyone's calling it - the day the dead rose. Every day since then, Jeremiah Reid has had one goal: to make his way back to his daughter. With his four-legged companion, Joe, Jeremiah has to travel a lawless wasteland teeming with zombies, bandits, and worse, like people who put anchovies on pizza (you know who you are). It's a new world out there, and no one is safe. People are weary, cities are in ruin, supplies are scarce, and brains are on the menu.

Good listen!
Revisado: 02-13-22
Nothing new as far as post-apocalyptic stories: plenty of familiar challenges, villains, etc. but an entertaining listen that’s worth it! Likeable main character whose humor made me laugh out loud several times. Easy listen, performance was fantastic.

I’m not even finished and it’s great!
Revisado: 12-29-21
The performance was AMAZING. I thoroughly enjoyed each character individually, I started to feel very connected to the main character.
I will say: this is one of those stories where you scream at the characters for the choices they’re making. I rolled my eyes several times. Maybe even audibly groaned.
If you can move past that and just accept it, the story is really fun. It’s not even supposed to be comedic, it’s being able to relate so well to the main character and how they move through the story.
Strongly recommend for entertaining and casual, non-committal listening.

Historia
Every day, we make hundreds of small actions without even thinking about them. Pulling out our smartphones, clicking the one-click purchase button, pulling down to refresh the social media feed, and more. Automatic actions that have become so deeply programmed into our lives that we don't have the chance to stop and ask ourselves a very important question: Do I actually want to do this right now?

Enjoyed the author’s reading voice; the message was easy to digest and I was able to listen to it quickly. Definitely enjoyed it and how it made me evaluate my own life.
