Historia
When a chance encounter sparks an unlikely bond between rival murderers Sloane and Rowan, the two find something elusive—the friendship of a like-minded, pitch-black soul. From small-town West Virginia to upscale California, from downtown Boston to rural Texas, the two hunters collide in an annual game of blood and suffering, one that pits them against the most dangerous monsters in the country.

A twisted love story
Revisado: 01-06-24
I loved every second of this book. I’m so invested into Rowan and Sloane I need more. If you love serial killers and romance and a dash of smut this is for you.

Historia
In 1969, being gay in the United States was a criminal offense. It meant living a closeted life or surviving on the fringes of society. People went to jail, lost jobs, and were disowned by their families for being gay. Most doctors considered homosexuality a mental illness. There were few safe havens. The Stonewall Inn - a Mafia-run, filthy, overpriced bar in New York City's Greenwich Village - was one of them.

Historia
"The tragedies keep coming. As we reel from the latest horror..." So begins a new epilogue, illustrating how Columbine became the template for nearly two decades of "spectacle murders". It is a false script, seized upon by a generation of new killers. In the wake of Newtown, Aurora, and Virginia Tech, the imperative to understand the crime that sparked this plague grows more urgent every year. What really happened April 20, 1999? The horror left an indelible stamp on the American psyche, but most of what we "know" is wrong.

this book was really interesting. I didnt know the depth on what this massacre had. this is a well written piece and the performance was great. I like how this book didnt sugar coat anything. it told the story as gruesome as it was.

Historia
Fame can be addictive. From his early days videotaping crazy skateboard stunts to starring in the blockbuster Jackass franchise, there was little that Stephen “Steve-O” Glover wouldn’t do for attention. Whether it was stapling his nutsack to his leg, diving into a pool full of elephant crap, or routinely risking death invading the private lives of sharks, lions, tigers, and bears, almost nothing was out of bounds. And as the stunts got crazier, his life kept pace.

what a journey it has been so far
Revisado: 08-17-19
this was really well written and I really appreciate the raw energy that SteveO had put Into this book. I didnt know the other crazy shit that happened pre jackass and the behind closed doors. I really think this book can help people realize it's not too late to better your life. the actors were great too. the actor that played steveo (after real steveo) did an excellent job, he almost sounded like steveo too. thanks for the words steveo.
