This can easily be done by learning the body’s simple requirements, and living in harmony with that knowledge. To an intelligent, unprejudiced person who can and does think, the information contained in this work may seem simple. But it is the fundamental simplicities that are always difficult to accept, because they are so very simple, and, therefore, unbelievable on that account.
