Where does The Life and Works of Beethoven rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It is really great intention behind this book, but quality of audio in parts of actual music is very low. The story is moderately interesting. There are better books in print about Beethoven, but this definitely one, that you also will enjoy, as a true fan of the composer.
It will be great, if the same book (books about other composers), but with good quality music will appear in future as part of story. We need more such books, but in higher quality.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

I'm happy, that in time of electronic books and audio files trees should not be spent on such books. It's the worth possible attempt to introduce complete fiction in form of scientific research. You have long hours of water quality information about WWII, such information, that you may find in other much more interesting books, then you have some pieces of authors imagination, introduced as evidence. Save your money and buy some good book.

What made the experience of listening to Man's Search for Meaning the most enjoyable?

It actually inspired me to invent one interesting idea. The story itself is very sad and very inspirational.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Man's Search for Meaning?

The moment you understand, that purpose of life is search for the purpose and creation of the most suitable purpose for yourself is the key moment.

What does Simon Vance bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I read several books about WW2 and I needed the confirmation of my thoughts about this matter. I got what I wanted. Because the testimony of this man is very real, very bright, you start to understand in more details what has really happened. It is good common denominator in reference to our current time, because this may happen again and now I feel prepared. I think everybody should be prepared for such or worse events in personal life. Illness, prison, death of relatives - all that is parts of life.
