Great actionable advice

As a new first time dad this was an amazing and practical book. It helped lay out a framework through which me and my wife can ensure we raise kids that share our values. Joel writes with the utmost humility in acknowledging areas where he wished he was better while also sharing highlights as seen through the eyes of his children, and this vulnerability breeds trust and credibility.
