As an INFJ I’m all for the deep dive of the self and human psyche.
Great on the author for outing it out and following their own beat.
For those wanting to have deeper understanding I’ll stick to Carl Jung Psychology of Kundalini.
As a practicing part of kundalini there are much more interesting aspects and the psyche in self awareness and healing through the practice. I would NOT recommend it.

Although this material is channeled, funnel based on a being perspective through a individual whom has experience.
Equally exercise discernment. As far as hologram experiences is a tiny fraction brushed up to the life and roles of the unfolding path.
Nothing new I had not heard nor have first hand inner knowing in which mechanics are not touched in this book. As far as hologram experience and theory surrounding in those liking and researching as well equally expanding not a book I would recommend for that. But over all just a frame of reference in the lens perspective through beings. Take it in wisdom but not projection on how the universe mechanics may unfold there is much more.
