Man, things really picked up quick! The spice was spicier and Kit really had some growth there in the end. I loved the honesty. I’m very interested in seeing how Kit grows from here and how everything will come together!

Historia
Alex Craft knows how to kill someone. And she doesn't feel bad about it. Three years ago, when her older sister, Anna, was murdered and the killer walked free, Alex uncaged the language she knows best - the language of violence. While her own crime goes unpunished, Alex knows she can't be trusted among other people. Not with Jack, who wants to really know her but still feels guilty over the role he played the night Anna's body was discovered. And not with Peekay, the kid with a defiant streak who befriends Alex while they volunteer at an animal shelter. Not anyone.

I can’t even put my thoughts together of how much I really liked this book. It was emotional and dark and it said everything most don’t want to say. Things that want to be brushed under the rug and forget. But somethings can not be forgotten. We all have darkness in us but we don’t act on that darkness. We see Alex act on that dark part of herself. She believes that’s all she is, but soon she starts realizing she’s more. And she gains fear and guilt, love and friendship. This ones a real tear jerker and it’s a little hard to get through emotionally, I had to take this one slow and not binge it. I’m glad I did this because it allowed me to really understand the whole thing!

This took me long to finish because I wanted it to last longer. This is the finale of the illuminae files, this story had me gripping my phone and it had me on edge! I was completely satisfied and a little pissed off that it had me crying like a baby but it was all worth it in the end. I really enjoyed all three books. Amie and Jay did amazing with this trilogy!!

Historia
The sci-fi saga that began with the breakout best seller Illuminae continues onboard the Jump Station Heimdall, where two new characters will confront the next wave of the BeiTech assault. Hanna is the station captain's pampered daughter, Nik the reluctant member of a notorious crime family. But while the pair are struggling with the realities of life aboard the galaxy's most boring space station, little do they know that Kady Grant and the Hypatia are headed right toward Heimdall, carrying news of the Kerenza invasion.

Revisado: 07-08-19
I love love illuminae this being its second book. It delivered. The format of the book makes it suspenseful because it’s all in interview/email/message style. The full cast makes the experience that much greater. I finished illuminae and had to jump right into Gemina. Now I’m off to listen to book 3!! Highly recommend this series.

Revisado: 05-02-19
This story kept my interest from start to finish. The cover first caught my attention with the art work. Once I started listening it was hard for me to put down. Aurora becomes more then a princess and she also grows stronger in her adventure. I really enjoyed listening to this. Soneela preformed this perfectly! I highly highly recommend this!

Great Read!
Revisado: 04-04-19
This book was really well written, I was able to almost feel the pain and grief Poe was feeling! The love and the sudden loss and also the confusion of not knowing what will happen but being sure of what she stood for. I loved seeing her character evolve from vengeance to aiding those who took Poe’s everything. I picked this up because of the trailer I kept seeing all over social media and I’m really glad I did. At the end this book had me rooting harder for Poe and wanting her to find her place after the battle. I really enjoyed this!!
