Great story bad narrator
Revisado: 07-14-22
I love the Crowner John series, but if I listened to this one before the other stories in the series I would not have listened to the rest of them. Paul Mathews should re-read this book as Colin Mace doesn't do the characters justice.

Historia
With oodles of steamy romance, paranormal time travel, adventure, and much more, Outlander is sweeping the nation. From over a dozen volumes to its newest incarnation as a breathtaking Starz show, it continues to delight, even with subtle, clever changes. But what was life really like then - from kilts and bagpipes to selkies and the fair folk? Who was Bonnie Prince Charlie and why was his campaign so disastrous for the Highlanders?

Narrator doesn’t pronounce Beaucham or Beltane properly and her accents were off there’s others as well would have enjoyed it if I wasn’t so picky.

Omg it would be a good story if the narrator wasn't so boring to listen to. I nearly fell asleep listening to her.

Historia
Mad scientists have never had it so tough. In super-hero comics, graphic novels, films, TV series, video games, and even works of what may be fiction, they are besieged by those who stand against them, devoid of sympathy for their irrational, megalomaniacal impulses to rule, destroy, or otherwise dominate the world as we know it. It’s just not fair. So those of us who are so twisted and sick that we love mad scientists have created this guide.

What disappointed you about The Mad Scientist's Guide to World Domination?
I mainly brought it so I could listen to the story by Diana Gabaldon which I have already read in hard back and loved but I don't like the narrator for the audio Americans just can't do a good scots accent. It very nearly put me to sleep. If the space between comes out on audio on its own please change the narrator.
How could the performance have been better?
Narrators with the correct accent would be good.
