Diane Duvall has been my favorite Author on Audible since I first downloaded the app. the Immortal Guardian series is my favorite series to date. I'm also a fan of the spin-off series. I can never wait until a new book comes out. Kirstin Potter is the perfect narrator for these books.

Give Me More Please!!!!

This was a great addition to the Deadwood series. I have some questions and theories. However, I won't be a spoiler. What I will say is that I believe that Lane is very special in some way that isn't realized yet. I can't wait to find out who "the Guardian" is that Prudence mentioned. Is it Detective Cooper? Is it Abraham Lincoln's Doppelgänger, Cornelius? Or Mr Black? Is it Lane? I'm on the edge of my chair waiting to see what happens next.

That was a great listen. I knew they should have left that bag in the dumpster. Xander's wolf knew it. Can't wait to listen to the next Book in this series.

Never Disappointed with Dianne Duvall

Is this the Last of Madison Kate?

I am a fan of this Madison Kate Reverse Harem series. I am left with a few questions that I hope will be answered in the next book. Where has Her Uncle been all this time? Will the Detective ever find out what happened to his brother? Will Madison Kate and her biological father grow a relationship?

Dianne Duvall for Another Win!!!

A B S O L U T E L Y Loved it...The story line of the whole series gets better and better each time I listen to a new book of Dianne's. May I call her Dianne?..... Every book of Dianne's available on Audible has been listened to by me. I personally like her ideas and writing style. I admire how the Immortal Guardians series is set in a completely different place. Who would have thought that it might actually be a prequel???? Jury is still out on that one.. But after listening to this book I have so many questions that I need answers to. Like: where are the other lost Gifted Ones? Have they been kidnapped by the Gathendians? Will Alianna ever go to Lasara or will she stay in space with her Segonian Commander? Who is the snake in the grass selling secrets to the Gathendians? Will Seth make them all return to Earth? What planet will the Gathendians try to conquer next? Will Ava's story be next in line? Will it start with her in an escape pod in deep space? I'm anxious in a great way to see where the third adventure will take me!!!! Some people may think that the storyline dragged on in some places and that may be true. However, if you like Ms Duvall's books and writing style, at least consider that any scene, no matter how minute the purpose may seem now, could be very important later. For example, Amy reaching out telepathically to Seth in the beginning part of the series of Immortal Guardians was a clue that she may be very important later. And indeed she was. It kind of makes you pay attention to what's being said and focus on seeing the scene in front of you. Plus, I don't mind the dragging on. it helps on the ride home from work.
I got the chance to get to know more about the Immortal Guardian called Alianna in this book. She was introduced later in the series called the Immortal Guardians. She is courageous, honorable, fearless, strong, spunky, energetic and loveable. She also seems immature, at times, in a comical way. But when you live forever, what's the harm in some young fun? The action scenes had me enthralled. The heartfelt moments were written well and Kirsten did a wonderful job bringing it all to life. NO SPOILER ALERT RATED R for Language RATED TV-MA Nudity and Sex Just my kind of Combination 😉 I fell in love with Dianne Duvall from the very first book of hers that I listened to, "Darkness Dawn's". Furthermore, Kirsten Potter is an excellent choice for Narration. This Author/Narrator combo works really well. I don't think I would have been able to engulf myself in neither the "Immortal Guardians" series nor the "Aldebarian Alliance" series without Dianne and Kirsten doing what they do best. In this book specifically, I got the chance to "Go on an adventure of a lifetime," as Alianna put it, just by being present in the moment. I felt the fear, anxiety, stress, urgency, and a few other emotions that I think Ms. Duvall intended me, the reader, to witness as I listened. I've listened to all of the "Immortal Guardians" series and I have loved each and every one of them. If you would like to truly be able to enjoy and better understand the cameos of people and places in this book, I suggest that you at least read the last few books from the the "Immortal Guardians" series. Fair Warning, If you do read the last few, you will wish you had started from the beginning. Also, I would definitely recommend that you listen to the first book in the "Aldebarian Alliance", "The Lasaran".
