Not worth my time

With one exception, the hilarious and inspired Boba Fett story, I found this book to be so boring. I was never interested in Aunt Beru's inner monolog or any of the Jawa's stories either. We get the cantina scene from 3...or was it 4....different pov's. One narrator pronounces his T's with such heavy inflection (daugh-T-er, wa-T-er) it's almost unlistenable.
Interesting concept with no payoff.

Arthur Conan Doyle never wasted time in getting his stories moving. His plots are always direct and refreshingly lucid, and the narrative has a velocity that sweeps you along right to the end. This was no doubt a large part of his immense worldwide success. Not surprisingly, each time he tried to end the series, his fans would howl in protest. But, as he says in the preface to his last collection of Sherlock Holmes stories, all good things must come to an end.

"The Complete Stories of Sherlock Holmes Vol 1, 2 & 3" are each sold separately costing a credit each. You can get exactly the same three books for ONE credit. It's titled "The Complete Stories of Sherlock Holmes" without a Volume number. It clocks in at 70hrs and 53mins.

What disappointed you about Classic Dharma Talks?
The audio was bad, the speaker kept repeating repeating repeating repeating repeating the same thing over and over. It was tedious. A tree is a tree...I heard you the first five times, move on..
What was most disappointing about Thich Nhat Hanh’s story?
The repetition of the same point.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
I did not have a problem understanding the speaker but I could see how someone might struggle with that aspect.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Classic Dharma Talks?
There's too much I would have edited from this book.
