And everything's going according to plan—until NSLICE-00P gets hacked and sent into the past to kill her own creator before he creates her. Obeying orders as always, she wastes the poor guy. Unfortunately, there are consequences to initiating a reality-breaking time paradox. The most significant: total ejection from that reality.

Decent story, very slow narration.

An interesting premise, decent story, and good progression. Definitely waiting for book 3. As for the narration, overall good, but very slowly read. I listened at 1.7 speed, and at 2.0 speed at the stat block areas just to make it sound like a normal person speaking.

Definitely a different take on the LitRPG genre.

I've listened through this a number of times. Admittedly the over the top stilted dialog of the characters initially is a bit off putting.... though that is a staple of the Victorian writing style that this is a riff on, it fits in perfectly.
I keep checking back to see if a sequel has been added, it sets up perfectly for a book 2.

A redo of a Classic Monty Hall campaign.

An interesting premise for a story. Though it seemed more focused on moving from on random power up to the next without really focusing on character or forwarding the conflict in the story. Well narrated though.
