The realities and affects of mental health issues are intense and very often hard to listen to and absorb. But the author so solidly takes you through her life’s journey. I also absolutely loved the voice of the person reading the book. I felt the emotion and the author’s intent. I actually listened to it straight through from start to finish because of the ease of Ellen a Connor’s, the reader’s voice.” Some readers make you want to turn off the book completely and others make you long for the next word, the next chapter… between the message of this book and Ellen a Connor’s voice, I found myself at the end of the book with great reflections.
