Cadence and tone were awful!

Live the Psalms, but this was torture. I tried adjusting speed but no. Just going to archive.

Historia
Long ago, so the Storyteller claimed, the evil god Torak sought dominion and drove men and Gods to war. But Belgrath the Sorcerer led men to reclaim the Orb that protected the West. So long as it lay at Riva, the prophecy went, men would be safe. That was only a story, and Garion did not believe in magic dooms, even though the man without a shadow had haunted him for years.

Worst reader, accents, and voices EVER
Revisado: 06-28-21
I read all 11 books to my oldest son in 1989, and made him love them so much he started silent reading them again when we started Mallorean. He can still quote dialogue and used Durnik to teach his son work ethic. Same drill with youngest soon starting 2002. Both have hardback and paperback of all the books. We’re all in agreement if this had been our intro to the books, we’d have never made it past first chapters of first book. SOOO disappointed
