Historia
The Destruction of Black Civilization is revelatory and revolutionary because it offers a new approach to the research, teaching, and study of African history by shifting the main focus from the history of Arabs and Europeans in Africa to the Africans themselves. The book, thus, offers "a history of blacks that is a history of blacks".

Well developed with balanced research

Don't allow comments about the narrator to dissuade from this audio book. If it were that bad, the complainers should've recorded it themselves. Good content, organized well with a mixture of research supported stories, explained events along logical time lines. It's a long book, but definitely worth the time

The middle couple chapters were a challenge to maintain attention to, but overall the informant throughout the book was well explained and interesting.

Historia
Africa is the continent where the first humans were born. They explored the vast land and produced the first tools. And although we migrated from that continent, we never completely abandoned it. From the beginning of time, humans lived and worked in Africa, leaving evidence of their existence in the sands of the Sahara Desert and the valleys of the great rivers, such as the Nile and the Niger. Some of the earliest great civilizations were born there, and they give us an insight into the smaller kingdoms of ancient Africa.
