The lecturer is an excellent orator and is able to paint vivid images for the listener while staying true to the facts. Gives a great depth of detail while conveying overarching political, religious, and sociocultural truths about the late Middle Ages.

Great premise and delivery

This book offers great insight into the victim culture perpetuated by liberal politics in America, particularly in regards to race. It’s a great read for people of all ages, and is especially empowering to young people seeking to navigate a turbulent cultural-political climate fraught with the dangers of media sensationalism, groupthink, and the degradation of free speech. The author does an excellent job of dismantling the fallacies involved in racially-driven propaganda and encouraging listeners to make free and clear judgements on racial inequality in the contemporary United States.

Informative and Interesting

The read is very informative and gives a detailed overview of Acadian culture and settlement patterns. The author is a talented storyteller who is able to keep an informational text like this engaging and digestible. I did notice the narrator’s mispronunciation of a few Cajun place names and surnames, but he was, overall, easy to listen to.
