Historia
As a beloved evangelist and a respected man of God, Billy Graham’s stated purpose in life never wavered: to help people find a personal relationship with God through a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. This was a calling that only increased over time, and Billy embraced it fully throughout his active ministry and beyond. Yet Billy pursued his life’s work, as many men do, amid a similarly significant calling to be a loving husband and father.

Such a Wonderful encouragement!
Revisado: 09-17-20
I have such great respect for Billy Graham and his wife, Ruth since the 1960's. I have read Ruth's Books, Billy's Books....it is an honor to be able to hear their personal thoughts, insight, and glean wisdom from them.
My Husband and I support Samaratans Purse and the incredible work they do, they were there for my Son and his family during a huge flood their community endured. Franklin is absolutely who I am certain Billy and Ruth prayed he would be. My Husband and I have such profound respect for him. It was of great interest to me to hear his thoughts on his earthly Father, as well as his Heavenly Father. This was such an encouraging book, so well written. I finished it in 2 days. and I plan to listen to it again with my Husband right away. Thank you so much for writing this Franklin, and thank you for encouraging all of us in Jesus Christ!

Enchanting!
Revisado: 11-24-19
This is my first experience with this Author, now I am eager to catch up with the rest of his imaginative writings. So sorry to learn of his passing, my condolences to His dear wife. Someday, if she feels up to it, it would be a delight to see some of her photos. and hear her perspective of that lovely place...the place they brought to life for the rest of us.
I have heard wonderful things about the narrator, and they all were true...he made the story rich and oh so French!
Overall, a delight for anyone!

Historia
What happens when life begins to trip us up and failure starts creeping in? Many of us just keep on doing the same thing, hoping for different results. Some of us look for escape, to find a way out of the mess we feel that we've created. But neither enduring nor escaping is ultimately what we need. The answer is to allow ourselves to begin again, every day, in every part of our lives. Through engaging, lyrical prose, Leeana Tankersley shows women how to forgive themselves, develop new and healthier patterns of living, and do away with resentment and regret.

Wow, this morning I said, "Lord, I feel like I am here AGAIN, when will I ever get past this point?" "Please send me help, an answer I can understand, and please don't let it add anymore condemnation!". Well, HE did! I cannot thank God and this precious author enough...I am starting it over again as soon as I finish this review, and ordering a hard copy for myself, and a few to share💗💗💗

So encouraging
Revisado: 12-26-15
I have so enjoyed this Authors writing that I eagerly purchased this book, choosing to hear it read to me. Perhaps because of the title, and what I imagined the contents to be, I wanted to hear the writers emotions and intonations carried through his voice. It was an excellent choice. As for the story, it kept my interest from the first words read through the final, and I write this review with a smile of satisfaction, and a plan to give this book as a gift to several others.

Historia
Thirteen-time #1 national bestselling author Glenn Beck realized years ago that somewhere along the way, his four children had become more focused on Santa than the meaning of Christmas. No matter how he tried, he could not redirect their attention away from presents and elves to the manger instead. Glenn didn't want to be the Grinch who spoiled the magic of Kris Kringle, so he had to find a unique way to turn his kids back toward the true meaning of Christmas. He decided the best place to start was by first turning Santa himself back toward Christ.

Absolutely wonderful Christmas Story
Revisado: 12-23-15
This was such an engaging read, especially chapter 4 on through the end, that I am rereading it to savor, really savor the story this time. It became a story that filled my soul and captured my heart and imagination. ..even to making me actually shiver with cold, as I strode through the pages and the years of remarkable lives so capably shared.

Historia
Hudson Taylor is one of the most remarkable of Christianity's heroes. A gawky, determined Yorkshire boy of commonplace origins, mediocre education, and uncertain health, Hudson Taylor lived in the assurance that under God's direction he would someday evangelize China's 400 million souls. Today he is remembered both as the founder of the world-famous China Inland Mission and one of history's great men of faith.

I feel like I know Hudson Taylor now!
Revisado: 04-21-15
Years ago when in my 20s, Bill Gothard recommend I read this book. I respect his thoughts and council, and have intended to honor his request for 30+ years now. Life ensued and I never made the time to read about the life of this great saint. The other day it came to mind to see if this account could be read to me as I went about my hectic days and evenings. I saw that it could through Audible...what joy I felt. That joy however paled in comparison to the content of the story read. Across the years a man and his family have spoken to me as though my peers today. Exactly the encouragement and teaching that I needed . How thankful I am, in fact I am starting over, this time to take notes. Thank you Audible!
