Disappointing
Revisado: 09-23-22
I had high hopes for this audio book. In the end it was a mishmash of concepts, although hypnotherapy is the main theme. There is some really flawed old dietary advice about calorie intake, fats and proteins thrown in, some light touches on meditation, closure, chakras and emotional freedom technique.
The narration was just awful - sound quality and background noise got intolerable - doors creaking, dogs barking and I think a lawnmower at one point.
The key message was if you have any limiting belief that might impact your life/emotional eating go to a hypnotherapist - there saved you 6 hrs of your life and 15 bucks!

Historia
For over a century, we've accepted the scientific consensus that cancer results from genetic disease due to chromosomal damage in cell nuclei. But what if scientists are chasing a flawed paradigm? What if cancer isn't a disease of damaged DNA but rather of defective metabolism as a result of mitochondrial dysfunction? What if that startling truth could revolutionize our understanding of other diseases, too - and show us a radical new path to optimal health?

Started good but faded

I liked the factual parts about fat versus carbs and the debunking of the low fat and high carb diets that are still mainstream.
I didn’t like the number of supplements recommendations! I also didn’t like the cheesy abbreviations and tags e.g. peak fasting etc
It is worth a listen/read
