Astral projection occurs when you consciously separate your soul or astral body from your physical body. Your consciousness goes with the astral body. The difference between this and an out-of body experience is that astral projection leaves the body with an conscious intent and can last as long as you want it to. When you astral travel, your body is left behind in the physical world, functioning as normally as it would otherwise.

Great introduction to a complicated topic

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
although there are many plugs for his other products, Craig does a really good job of covering the issues faced with astral projection. This has been an interest of my for a long time and few authors get though as much of the content as what is covered here. At the least it will teach you want you need to learn next.
The last chapter contain a mediation track, it has not *yet* worked for me but it is surprisingly good. I was expecting alot less.
