So motivating & fun. Gives me hope

For the people like myself who are self doubters, introverts, & flat out broke, Ryan reassures us we can all be successful. I discovered Ryan on YouTube & loved the few videos I saw. This book is funny, relatable & informative. He talks about being a shy kid who never imagined he’d become a successful realtor. I can relate to a lot of his stories & the biggest thing I took from this is that there is never a perfect time to “get started”. We need to take big risks & find ways to stand out & truly throw yourself into sales.

He lays everything out bluntly

I appreciate the author making it clear how difficult real estate can be.
The biggest thing I took away from this is helping your clients on move in day & buying pizza for them& their families to get more leads. That’s really the only thing I remember clearly as well as him saying it will be very hard work making it if you aren’t good at getting leads. Overall I liked the book.
