But after he purchased it, Ben Holiday learned that there were a few details the ad had failed to mention. The kingdom was in ruin. The Barons refused to recognize a king, and the peasants were without hope. A dragon was laying waste the countryside, while an evil witch plotted to destroy everything.

I remember reading this in high school and then once or twice more in the 20+ years since. I waited a long time for this to become available on audio book. I was not disappointed! The narrator was fantastic, though I feel Terry Brooks' stories need a full cast!

Having played through the series at least 10 times, I can confidently say that this podcast is a great companion to the series! If you are new to Mass Effect or if you are a veteran Spectre, Mass Effect Lorecast fills all the holes and itches Mass Effect leaves you with. Tom and Sam do a formidable job at giving the Mass Effect universe it's due recognition. Well done! I should go. Meet me in my cabin. We'll bang, ok?

I listened to this while working. I'm a delivery driver, so I'm in the truck for lengthy periods. It was an excellent listen! The acting was great, the delivery of the story was great, and the sound was great!
