I don't like vampires because of all the drama; shifters just fight it out and move on, so Stacia has always been one of my favorites. So, it's great to see the story from her perspective.

As a gamer in his mid 40's, I can relate to Mr. Charles. Sometimes, you want to enjoy the quiet and spend time with the kids. If back in your day is 15 years or more in the past you may enjoy this book. And if you like this one, you may like Gregory's other book.

I love this book about an older mage pursuing knowledge and how the world keeps getting in his way. Being a "grumpy old man" per my wife & kids, I can see myself in this MC. However, this may be for 30 and above.

The good & bad of being one of a kind

The son of a man who cast a large shadow, he steps up to be more than his father's son while avoiding trouble, only to have it come banging on his door. Now on the run, he finds a place he can make his own. He is a loin, after all.

An isekai angle we rarely get.

Jason has grown as a person, and just when he gets his feet under him in the new world, he's back home. This series is an excellent portrayal of the development of a character. I can't wait until book 5.

It took a while but I love this guy

I started and dropped this one a few times. But when the action slowed down, they got to an ordinary town. Finally, I caught on to who the MC is. Jason is a man in over his head trying to hold on to his ideals even when they no longer fit. While desperately grasping at the normal everyday things from his old world.

John is in the book

The reviews almost made me skip this one but it is a good story after you get used to the new narrated. Christian did a good job but it's hard after 4 books with the same voices. This story is about what a healer would do with all John's powers trying to solve a murder mystery. Give it a chance and listen until the end. Pegaz made the right choice by not just doing a big-time skip.

We find out what Richter is made of

This is a moment in a series where the MC jumps to the next level. While we've seen him become a leader worthy of following. Now we get to see what the man known as Lord Mist is really made of, no gear, no potions, no Alama, no Sion, just Richter, and a leg bone trying to find his way back home. I'm thinking in book 10 Richter is going to feel OP compared to book 7, this book is why.

William has done it again

A man gets a second chance to know himself, for the good and the bad. He becomes a hero dark knight style. Well done Mr. Arand well done indeed Sir. PS Andrea I love you a lot for that ending thanks for being an awesome narrator.
