Perturabo's bitter indifference

An audio drama that show cases Perturabo's cold & cruel character, but pretty short and anti-climactic. Forrix is also in this as well for you fellow Storm of Iron fans out there.
This isn't the place to look if you want a battle drama (I.E. Hubris of Monarchia). But if you are an Iron Warriors fan, you'll at least enjoy hearing about the Primarch.

Ok Book but Wincott's Narration Is Outstanding!

Inside the Mind of the Blood Reaver

Remarkable performance that fleshes out the de facto warlord of the Red Corsairs.
While there is action involved, action isn't the selling point of this story. It's more about understanding Huron Blackheart rather than advancing the grander plot of 40k, which was a slight disappointment for me. However, since having started a Red Corsair army, this book gave me a new appreciation for the faction similar to how The First Heretic did for the Word Bearers.
Andrew Wincott is a phenomenal voice actor and is now the voice I'll always imagine Huron Blackheart having.
If you want a reasonable Warhammer 40k chaos character, this is the place.
