Religious

Far too religious and out of date - i’m going to ask for a refund, too many Bible verses and it doesn’t advertise that it’s got Bible verses

Historia
This story is told through the jagged peephole of the author's awareness, examining her formative wounds and influences from the perspective of a woman who has now gained experience and wisdom. As she peers over her soul's shoulder, she recalls the chaos of her once-fragile childhood mind. She shudders as she is reminded of the sting of her lonely childhood, her feelings of abandonment, and her painful memories of being bullied.

Uh dang / me no like

What would have made The Road Back to Me better?
Dang not what I wanted at all. I just learned to listen to a sample before buying a book. I thought this would be a self-help book but it was a life story of the author. I have enough problems of my own not interested in taking on someone elses. Lisa Romano is great with teaching, but this is an autobiography ... ugh waste of my hard earned money.

Ann Rule, rules!
Revisado: 06-22-07
I enjoy true crime and of course, Ann's the best. This book was a great listen -- and actually, sorta scared me -- it was so real and so well read. Loved it -- will listen to it again in the future and of course, I'm on to my next Ann Rule book :)

Starts off slow but gets better and better as it goes. Her voice is also nice to listen to. This book cracked me up, I will look for more of Nora's books. -- I say worth it!
