I purchased this audible after much web research into "the best audibles on real estate in post-pandemic." Some of the most fascinating information in the audible comes in the form of his "boots on the ground" discussions for doing remote flips.

A must-listen for empaths and their cryptonite

Relationships with narcissists are complex and can feel impossible to understand. A narcissist says one thing but does another and what was true yesterday does not necessarily apply today. It is confusing, and in the relationship, you are constantly walking on eggshells so as not to arouse the anger of the easily offended person.
