Interesting story line but

My first time with Bella Falls and the story line is good. However, I really struggled with the fake Southern accent of the characters read. I understand that the narrator was trying to reflect the characters through voice but, it was painful to my ears. it took me significantly longer to get to the end because I had to rest my ears and brain so often. thank goodness it's free with my Audible membership.
