Well-reasoned, I wish every theist took the time to understand why some thoughtful people can't accept their myths as fact. This book explains our reasoning in a respectful way. I applaud the author forbuis honesty and the courageous journey he's taken to follow the truth wherever it leads.

When I can glimpse ny life objectively -- apart from my the religious indoctrination I was filled with as a child, this makes sense on a thousand more levels than Christianity -- or mere deism. The complete lack of solid evidence for a god explains the convoluted rationalizations that meet each logical comparison of how the world is to how the bible interprets reality. In every case, reality paints a more convincing and cohesive narrative.
